An Active Dream

I started with a few of my art projects, then
I learned more about how this works.

I am a very fit male almost 50yrs old. Self-defense instructor, ex-power lifter turn Crossfit enthusiast who is currently training to run a marathon. I love good food, great photography, and creative expression. I try to keep my blog PG rated but cannot control (nor would I choose to) those I follow. At my core, my goal is to live a Zen life. I’m a bit of a computer geek who loves to read and write. On Tumblr to find things that interest me, a creative outlet and no other reason. Sometimes I express my political views so I'm certainly not here to get as many followers as possible. Love cooking and trying new recipes. So if you post a pict of food, please include the recipe when you can because I am likely to try it! I hope to be an encouragement to everyone I meet here as this is how I live my life, but if you are selling something please know I am not likely to endorse anything.

Winchester SXP Extreme Marine Defender

A pump-action 12 gauge shotgun with capacity of 5+1. They do come from the factory in that configuration; collapsible stock, pistol grip, front & rear sights, rails and muzzle attachment. As a “marine” type shotgun, it has a corrosion resistant finish applied but interestingly the receiver was not done in the same manner like other marine shotguns. (GRH)
